Grilled Halloumi, Baby Octopus, and Lemon Salad. Like a dinner evening on a Greek Island.

A grilled Tomahawk and spring onions with a floral salad. Oh, it was as good as you might suspect.

The hit-and-miss. The recipe itself was a hit, but the presentation was a bit of a miss. This is my attempt at Yotam Ottolenghi’s Cauliflower Cake. At the last minute I realized I lacked the parchment that would have prevented the breakage when the cake was sprung from the Springform, but thankfully my team doesn’t get all worked up as much as I do about presentation.

A definite, “Hit!”  With a green salad, we celebrated the first day of Spring with Beet and Herbed Goat Cheese Terrine!  Fun to make and equally fun to eat.

And finally, who did not predict this purchase? Oh, the epicurean adventures that await.
